While students can “shop” from a department-store-style setup of gently used clothing, IH2’s goal is to provide each child with new essentials: a pair of athletic shoes, a backpack filled with school supplies, a package of undergarments, socks, and a warm winter coat. These brand-new items do more than meet a physical need—they help build confidence and motivation in the classroom. Some things are simply best given new, especially when it comes to dignity and self-worth. While we may not be able to solve every challenge these families face, this is one area where we can make a real difference.  Your generosity helps ensure every student feels seen, supported, and ready to succeed.
