SummerFest is a dynamic community outreach initiative hosted by Inspired Hearts and Hands (IH2) to equip K–12 students with essential resources for the school year. The event brings together hundreds of volunteers, local organizations, and human service agencies to distribute clothing, shoes, backpacks, school supplies, hygiene kits, and winter coats. With over 1,500 students expected to benefit in 2025, SummerFest aims to uplift families facing economic hardship by fostering dignity, confidence, and a strong start to the academic year.
PLEASE HELP US REACH FAMILIES IN NEED
Equip Students with Confidence
While students can “shop” from a department-store-style setup of gently used clothing, IH2’s goal is to provide each child with new essentials: a pair of athletic shoes, a backpack filled with school supplies, a package of undergarments, socks, and a warm winter coat. These brand-new items do more than meet a physical need—they help build confidence and motivation in the classroom. Some things are simply best given new, especially when it comes to dignity and self-worth. While we may not be able to solve every challenge these families face, this is one area where we can make a real difference. Your generosity helps ensure every student feels seen, supported, and ready to succeed.
